Residential Apartments in Finsbury Park

Cura is now adding to it's work in London with 3 residential apartments in Finsbury Park, London. Cura won the project after being recommended to the client by architects Demetz Forbes Knight with whom they had previously worked on the College Hill project in 2012. Set to commence in May 2013 the project will be completed over 16 weeks refubishing an existing four storey building into 3 high spec apartments.

Tralee Rest Home, Whitstable

Cura were successful in winning the contract to build a 12 bed extension on Tralee Rest Home in Whitstable, Kent. The project was started in April and is now up to first floor of the super structure. Cura's site management staff are working well with the care home staff to alter the existing building stage by stage and minimise disruption to both staff and residents.

Cura started the refurbishment of 2nd floor offices for Comfortable Estates on 12th September. Cura secured the tendered project and after a whirlwind appointment were asked to start work straight away to meet their new clients deadline. The strip out started within a couple of days and first fixing of all M & E is well underway. The deadline is tight and Cura`s team have had to hit the ground running to set up and maintain a smooth programme. The progress on the ground has been well received and ably assisted by Facilities manager John Croft-Elliott, thanks John.
