The private residential project at Woodford Green was handed over in November 2010 and the client is now enjoying the new space which includes master bedroom suite, two new shower rooms, gym, workshop, wine store and double garage. The Cura team have enjoyed a very good working relationship with the client and are extremely proud of the service provided and the high quality finish achieved.
Hardwick Dene Care Home, St Neots - Complete

The Hardwick Dene project involved adding dayspace, bathrooms and twelve bedrooms all with ensuites to the existing and occupied care home. As well as the internal areas being completed to a high standard the external landscaping included new entrance, car park and courtyard gardens. The project was handed over to the client one week prior to the programmed completion date alloweing them to furnish the new building ready for registration.
Brierfield Care Home, Felixstowe - Complete

The construction of new bedrooms and day space at Brierfield Care home in Felixstowe is well underway now. The scope of works has increased with internal amendments, improvements to the existing property and the addition of a new landscaping scheme. The programme of works is on track despite early disruption due to inclement weather. We are now in discussion with the client regarding further projects.
Nightingale House, Romford - Complete

The Nightingale House project included the demolition of a single storey building and a series of three extentions and one refurbishment section carried out on an existing care home in Romford. Extensive coordination and cooperation with the client and staff alike was required to keep the care home in operation throughout the construction period. The project was completed and handed over two weeks ahead of the programmed completion date to a high standard that is now synonymous with the Cura brand.
