949-947 Fulham Road, London

Situated in the heart of London’s Chelsea, Cura Construction Ltd renovated twenty three apartments over three floors. The entire building was stripped out, layouts were remodelled and improved. Previously unused outside spaces were brought back to life with painted walls, timber screens and stone paving.

Cura worked alongside interior designer Amanda Cuplin to fulfil the client’s brief and the result is twenty three contemporary, sought after apartments that are managed by Go Native. Sleek, simple white gloss kitchens with quartz worktops lead into spacious living/dining areas with high quality engineered flooring throughout, elegant blinds at the windows complemented by contemporary lighting. Each bathroom has a modern, clean lined suite with a walk-in shower, chrome brassware and ice white, gloss tiled surfaces. Communal areas benefit from a Wilton carpet to help minimise noise, glass diffuser lighting from Italy and elegant, colourful artwork on the walls.
